In stock products will be shipped within 7 days using ground shipping from the time your transaction clears.
Back Orders
Occasionally we may run out of a particular item that makes up part of an order, in these cases we will not back order the item(s) and will email out an adjusted invoice reflecting the fact that these items were not shipped nor were they charged for.
If the only product in a single order is on back order, you may choose to cancel your order or wait until it ships. This timeframe may vary greatly depending on the supplier and inventory.
Minimum Order Fee
There is no minimum order fee.
Shipping To Alaska and Hawaii
While we very much do appreciate the business of those of our customers residing outside of the lower 48 states, there are special circumstances that come into play which often make our shipping to these two states problematic. First, due to the special variables that come into play, any shipping estimate returned by the shopping cart at checkout is to be considered not to be accurate. Many of the items we sell, mostly larger items like massage chairs and tubs can not be shipped to these areas at all. Taking this into consideration, it is best to check with us overall before placing any order for these two states as to its viability.
How we Ship
All orders are shipped via UPS. Please note that we do ship to PO Boxes with paid in full invoices.

Return Policy
CardiologyCoder.com guarantees 100% satisfaction. However, if you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item for an exchange or refund. To return an unwanted product for a refund of the purchase price, please send the unopened item within 30 days from the date of shipment. Item(s) must be returned in new condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit. Original shipping and handling and return postage charges will not be refunded. Defective merchandise will be exchanged if returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. Refunds will not be issued for defective merchandise.
To process a return, please reference your packing slip for return address and procedures. If you are having difficulty, feel free to contact us. Items returned after 30 days will be charged a 15% restocking fee. All returned items must be brand new and undamaged. Please contact us for a return authorization number prior to returning items. Cash / Check / Credit Card refunds will have a 5% service fee.
